Complete with modulus for metal, spring, textile, rubber, plastic and other material testing & creep test. It is widely used in many field used in many fields such as industry factories, mineral enterprise and high schools.
Application:
Suitable for no-metallic material such as rubber,plastic,ribbon,wire,rope,waterproofing membrane,wood-based panel.and small size, small load metal material mechanical properties test. The relative fixture can be complete tensile,compression,bending, shearing, tearing, peeling ,static stiffness ,ring rigidity,extraction force and other performance tests.
Feature:
Host Frame: This machine is double space with door structure, upper
space tensile ,lower space compression, bending and beam lifting .The transmission part adopts circular arc synchronous tooth belt,and Screw pair transmission which is stable and with low noise.The specially designed synchronous gear belt deceleration system and ball screw pair which drive the cross head moving to realize the clearance free drive.

Electrical measurement and control system:
1.Adopt Japanese AC servo driver and AC servo motor, stable, reliable, over-current, over-voltage, over-speed, over-load and other protective devices. The speed ratio can reach 1: 100000.
2.Over-loading, over-current, over-voltage, displacement upper and lower limit, emergency stop and other protection functions.
3.The original built-in controller ensures the closed-loop control of the parameters such as test force, specimen deformation and beam displacement.
It can realize constant speed -test force, constant speed-displacement, constant speed-strain, constant speed- load cycle, constant speed-deformation cycle and so on. Various control modes can be smoothly switched.
4.Can return to the initial test position with high speed manually or automatically , at the end of the test.
5.The electrical control circuit refers to the international standard, conforms to the national test machine electrical standard, has strong anti-interference ability, ensures the stability of the controller and the accuracy of the experimental data.
6.It can carry out data transmission, storage, printing records and network transmission and printing, and can be connected with internal LAN or Internet network.
